Abstract

Introduction:  In recent years, active and student-centered teaching methods, like the flipped classroom, have become more significant in nursing education, particularly in "adult and elderly nursing" courses. This approach engages students as active learners and enhances the application of theoretical knowledge in clinical practice. This article reports a two-year implementation of the flipped classroom with concept mapping and question analysis among fourth-semester nursing students, highlighting its effects on engagement, conceptual understanding, and learner satisfaction.
