Abstract

Introduction: In recent years, the rate of migration from one country to another has increased significantly. Immigrants, whether by choice or by force, encounter numerous challenges and socio-economic stressors during and after migration, and this can severely affect their mental health and quality of life.  Research indicated that immigrants are more susceptible to psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder than non-immigrants.
